As directed by our Lord in Matthew 28:18-20 and Acts 1:8, Freedom
Baptist Church shall be active in missionary efforts in carrying the gospel,
establishing local missions and local New Testament churches to all peoples,
in all regions of the world, without regard to race, creed, color, or national
origin. Efforts will be made at local, national, and international levels.
With faith in God and unquestioning acceptance of the Bible as His Word
and our rule of faith and practice, it will therefore be the duty of this church to
carry out all mission work as directed by the confines of His Word.
With Christ as its head, this church reserves the right to carry out all
mission work as the Lord leads and directs by His Word and Spirit. Any and
all associated mission work shall never be allowed to exercise authority, in any
degree, over this church body.
It is our desire that the Word of God be faithfully carried and demonstrated
to all people, so that they may come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
